The opinion of the court was delivered by Artis Swafford appeals a decision of the district court convicting him of felony murder and aggravated robbery. He argues that the district court erred by (1) denying his motion for change of venue, (2) by admitting hearsay statements of codefendant Juan Anthony, (3) by allowing evidence of his commission of prior crimes at the same location, and (4) by imposing consecutive sentences for felony murder and aggravated robbery, thereby violating his right to freedom from double jeopardy. Finding no reversible error, we affirm.
